All bookings require a 20% non refundable deposit

 

Deposits are redeemed on the day of your appointment 

 

Cancelling your appointment within 48 hours time will incur a 50% fee which will need to be paid before any future appointments are made 

 

Your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time 

 

No shows or cancelling on the day of your appointment will incur a 100% fee of the booked service
